Part of me wonders if that is a call for patience as well...
The trash can isn't going anywhere... it's like it's saying, "We know you're going to... so wait. Please, wait to come back to us... allow us to take your trash."
The ironinc part, Liz, is your own typo: "saving the plant". Sound Engrish to me...
